Learn to Sew With Your Sewing Machine is an introductory workshop to teach you basic sewing skills and how to use your machine! 

Always wanted to learn how to sew? Not aure where to start? This introductory workshop will teach you how to start your machine, thread it, learn basic trouble shooting, and how to use basic functions to get you on the way to sewing!

Melba has been sewing for over 3 decades! From sewing costumes for the Vancouver PNE exhibition to costumes for local community theatres, to quilts, curtains and clothes for her family, Melba will teach you the practical and functional skills of how to use your machine so you can have the confidence to tackle your own projects! 

Guest will need to bring:

• Sewing Machine
• Spool of Thread
• Universal Sewing Needles
• Scrap Fabric (Ideally cotton or low stretch.)
